An empirical look at the intrapreneurship dimension and its antecedents: The case of Iranian agricultural extension organizations

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedents and dimensions of intrapreneursip in Iranian agricultural extension organizations. In fact the purpose of this paper was to identify the key dimensions of intrapreneurship and determine how antecedents influence the intrapreneurship dimensions. Data obtained from a sample of 315 respondents drawn from 13 agricultural extension organizations in Iran were analyzed with the LISREL program. According to the results, organizational factor, behavioral factor and environmental factor that are the most important antecedents positively and significantly influence intrapreneurship in the Iranian agricultural extension organizations.
