Publication Fees

Authors will be informed by email once their manuscripts are received by the editorial office.

After a reviewing process (within 2-5 months) a note of acceptance or non-acceptance of the manuscript will be sent by email to the author.  If accepted, an acceptance letter, copyright form will be sent to the author by email (§: policy). However, we will reject papers poorly written or require intensive work. 

The Author may choose whether to have the pdf file or/and reprints of his or her own article with a free online subscription.

Authors will receive by email (Pdf file) the galley proof for a final check. You will also receive an online access to download the published article. To avoid all misunderstanding, we only communicate with the corresponding author .

If the length of the submitted paper is more than four pages, an additional € 20 / €10 will be charged for (developed / developing countries) per page .

Author(s) whose library or department has subscribed to the journal (or bought some books from WFL publisher) will benefit from some amount of discount.

Accepted manuscripts will be published with the understanding that the author will pay a publication charge,only.

Authors whose paper is accepted and published online, can choose whether to have a pdf file or reprints of their own article. There is no more a print copy of the journal. 

We charge publication fees based on the number of pages. However, we will reject papers poorly written or require intensive work. 

Only accepted manuscripts will be published within 3-5 months.

The JFAE promotes publication of research or review papers. The total time required for peer reviewing, copy-editing and publishing has drastically reduced during the last few years. And so for quick evaluation, authors can submit their well written manuscripts through email. The Author must carefully follow the journal's writing instructions policy  (§: Instructions).

Our objective is to inform the authors of the decision taken on their manuscript within the earlies possible time. Following the acceptance of the manuscript, the signed copyright form along with the copy of the publication fees should be sent by registered mail before the deadline for publication. The paper will normally be published in the next available issue (§: policy).

Reprint order rates 
Should you wish to order reprints, please sent us your order. Reprints will be made and mailed immediately after proof checking.
