We are glad to announce the next Edition of the International ON-LINE Course on Postharvest & Fresh-Cut Technologies offered by the Postharvest and Refrigeration Group of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT, Spain). You can complete it at your convenience up to September 15th 2019. The official language is English.
The Course consists of 50 recorded videos of 30 min each, with a total Course duration of 25 h. This course gathers 41 instructors from the 5 Continents, 20 Countries and 30 Universities/Research Centers. Have a look to the Program and check here the ‘making of’ .
