Thesis Submission

Once your thesis has been accepted by the Graduate Division /Department (if you are a student), it is submitted for publication to the WFL Publisher Ltd where it will become available to other academic institutions and to the general audience or reader through the website. Advertising or selling or Publishing with WFL Publisher ltd will help to  increase visitor to our site to read more about your work:

  • The first thing to know is that YOU own your copyright of the data/contents/results/ information published in your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report ; unlike most scholarly publishers, does not acquire copyright when we publish your Thesis, Dissertation or  Project report.. You are free to re-publish your work in whole or in part, with whomever you choose without asking our permission. But You must mention that the material is  in sell with other publishers.  We need to make  an agreement that you will allow  wfl publisher to advertise, distribute ,  promote, market  and sell your materials according to  WFL publisher  own policy  as such.

  • Some authors are concerned that publishers will not accept  full material such as Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report or only part of the content that has been published. This concern is more valid in the case of commercial  materials or book publishers. However, the Author must be fully responsible of the material he /she provides and the permission the author will grant the WFL Publisher. The Author autorise the publisher to

  • While every case is unique, here are some general rules of thumb in examining this issue with regard to submite for advertising and marketing  your own work (Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report):

  • In most cases, you will not be submitting your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report to a peer-reviewed journal (unless it is a journal that publishes a monograph series).  We will advertise on our website your material as such and we will promote and market it widely among academicians. Incase the content submitted for journal publication is an except, chapter, or section of your dissertation or thesis. At the very least, it would be a significantly shorter distillation of your graduate (if you are a student) work.

  • The content of your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report will be reported as it is! We will not make any changes  and your are fully responsible of the contents. There will be agreement in which your confirm that all the contents is from your own work and assume your full responsibility.

  • Incase you plan to submit part of it tob epublished in our journal, in such case, we will ask you to follow the writing instructions as appear in the journal side. The content is likely to be rearranged and reformatted to fit the style of the journal to which you submit. Finally, the content is likely to be revised and updated through the peer-review process and finally the editorial process if it is accepted.

  • All of these processes mean that the material as finally published as a whole , if approved and accepted (Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report ) is substantively and substantially not refined and therefore not different from the content that is published as your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report . WFL  is not historically concerned about your content having appeared but in this section  our role is more related to  advertisement, marketing and distrubution  of your material. We will agree to keep your ematerial for a specific period of time only.

  • We are more likely to consider your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report but you must assume your full responsibility about contents and sources of your information (policy). This is more often the case with the science and technology publications. Still, even if not peer-reviewed, the editorial process that turns your graduate (if you are a student) work into a book is likely to change it substantially, when needed. The key in this consideration is whether the content changes substantively; i.e., is there a real difference in the content that makes the press comfortable with investing its resources in producing a book from your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report or we keep the submitted material as such with no changes.

  • Occasionally there are special circumstances when an author does not want all or part of the Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report to be published. Such circumstances may involve disclosure of patent rights before a patent is granted, disclosures of facts about persons or institutions that violate professional ethics regarding protection of confidentiality or other circumstances that would be detrimental to the rights of the author.

  • The WFL Publisher retains the exclusive right to reproduce, publish, or sell your work we will issue a special agreement to allow us to act such a way!  You must copyright the content of your material, only  BUT not the marketing and distribution which is be hold by us as a publisher. To copyright your work, you must include in your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report , a copyright page, which directly follows the title page, and bears the following notice at the center of the page just above the bottom margin. Allowing the publisher to sell  your Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report . After selling the material the WFL Publsiher will have nothing to do with any conflict bwteen you and others. The role of the publisher is limite to advertise and sell the material only.

  • When author submit Thesis, Dissertation, Project  Report to be published  with us as an eproduct. author must provide us the right to use  his/her material and to provide all correct information and to hold own responsibility about the submitted data/materials  (see policy).  After agreement done, the publisher will own the right to advertise, promote, sell ,distribution and use of  the material  through the website.

  • All above terms and conditions are subject to modification
