Terms and Conditions about Traineeship

WFL publisher improvise human resource skill in different countries by recruiting motivated and enthusiast Trainee or Assistant over the year.

 

If you are in the House (WFL Publisher Ltd) make sure like others, you have to show gratitude to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The internship is related to an educational purpose and there is no guarantee or expectation that the activity will result in employment with the Company.

  2. The education received by the Intern from the internship is for the express benefit of the Intern.

  3. The Intern does not replace or displace any employee of the Company.

  4. The Intern will receive direct and close supervision by an appropriate supervisor.

  5. The Company does not derive an immediate advantage from the activities performed by the Intern.

  6. Intern is not entitled to wages or any compensation or benefits for the time spent in the internship.

  7. Company is not liable for injury sustained or health conditions that may arise for the unpaid intern during the course of the internship. The intern must have with him/her the health and accident insurance.

 

The Intern specifically agrees to and acknowledges the following:

  1. This internship is educational and also to be prepared to build up a professional skills, however,  there is no guarantee or expectation that the internship will result in employment.

  2. Trainee will strictly maintain the confidentiality matters of the company and to respect the regulations and instructions.

  3. The trainee must respect the office regulations, time table, work instructions and rules  of conduct. Sending Institution and the trainee should also commit to what is set out in the grant agreement such as rules of conduct, office  regulations, work time table, company’s privacy, rules of confidentiality, work commitment and terms and conditions.

  4. The intern must respect the office regulations (notes available in the office), work instructions, rules of conduct and the time table.

  5. Company may at any time in its sole discretion, terminate the internship without notice or cause. However, the intern will receive all his/her documents and work certificate.

  6. Intern will maintain a regular internship schedule determined by the Intern and their supervisor.

  7. Intern will demonstrate honesty, punctuality, courtesy, cooperative attitude, proper health and grooming habits, appropriate dress and a willingness to learn and put into practice his/her knowledges.

  8. Intern will obey the policies, rules and regulations of the Company site and comply with the Company’s business practices and procedures.

  9. Intern will furnish his/her supervisor with all necessary information pertaining to my unpaid internship, including related assignments and reports.

  10. Under no circumstances will Intern leave the internship without first conferring with Intern’s supervisor and return all what belong to the company such as materials, database, data saved in pcs, or related tools, etc.

  11. Transportation to and from the internship site is the responsibility of the Intern.

  12. While Intern is on the Company premises, he/she is considered an employee or agent of Company for any purposes, including but limited to workers compensation.

  13. Trainees shall observe the ordinary hours (40 hours) of attendance per week; 40-45 minutes break each day which is maintained by employees at the work place where the training is being conducted.

  14. In case of Emergency or any personal issue Trainee must communicate with his/her supervisor before taking any decision.
