Irrigation system integration for grape by implementing a WSN based Decision Support System in greenhouse, Northern China

Greenhouse viticulture has become a kind of high efficiency culture model in Northern China. For a better integration in the region, irrigation decision is the key decision issues of greenhouse viticulture management. The paper aims to develop a web service and WSN based Irrigation Decision Support System in greenhouse viticulture (IDSS-GV) to improve water management efficiency. System test shows that the IDSS-GV can be considered as an effective tool to reduce labor and improve the water-use efficiency.
