Abstract:

The total amount of China’s import and export in 2010 has reached 29,728 trillion U S Dollars, ranking the 3rd of the world for 9 consecutive years. China has become the world-renowned trading country. However, its foreign trade volume per capita is far lower than the world’s average level. Industries, with an export form of extension, resource, high energy consumption and high pollution take a large part in the foreign trade. It leads to serious outcomes and serious foreign technical trade barriers, which causes huge trade losses and aggravates trade conditions. The traditional trade developing mode which sacrifices the environment must be changed. This paper, based on the current China’s environmental constraints, has raised some measures to facilitate the sustainable development of foreign trade.
