Abstract:

The application aims the achievement and exploitation of a vineyard cadastre informational system database, as a Cadastral Informational System - CIS, by works of general and agricultural cadastre, at the level of a wine-growing unit. The monitoring of the vineyard unit was made since 1989 and until 2010 to observe the effect of the putting in possession of former owners, by Law No. 18/1991, and, after the year 2007, of the inclusion in the buildable area of the city. It was also considered providing the possibility of more efficient exploitation by users of updated basic and specialized data. For a better practicality, it was chosen to develop the application on a GIS platform of NetSET Map software, elaborated by Data Invest SRL Company, because the software allows to generate topographic and cadastral digital plans, organized on thematic layers, to use and query graphical and textual data, in order to create relational data models topological validated. Also the program helps to optimize decision-making process, by creating by the user of its own informational environment, to rapid provision of thematic reports, based on actual and accurate information collected from the field, regardless of the volume and complexity
