Abstract:Hexaflumuron, with high insecticidal and ovicidal activity, has high value of the promotion. The method for preparing hexaflumuron microcapsule was studied in this paper. By orthogonal experiments, the optimal ratio of dispersing agent, wall material and solvent was determined with encapsulation efficiency as an indicator. Finally, the optimal feeding amount of each material was obtained as follow: the amount of cyclohexanone is 10.0 g, the amount of poly (vinyl alcohol) is 1.3 g, the amount of hexamethylenetetramine is 0.8 g and the amount of tolylene-2, 4-diisocyanate (TDI) is 1.0 g.
