Design and simulation of full hydraulic vibration system for separation of processing tomato fruits and vines

Abstract:

In allusion to the high precision demand of processed and assembling for separation device of eccentric block processing tomato fruit and vines, a full hydraulic vibration system for separation of processing tomato fruit and vines was designed based on the design parameters of 4FZ-30 self-propelled processing tomato harvester and other machine types’ hydraulic systems at home and abroad. The simulation model of full hydraulic vibration system was built under the hydraulic system simulation environment in AME sim, and the simulation parameters of each component in the model were set. According to the simulation analysis of output rotation speed and torque of hydraulic motor in the system, the simulation result coincided with the theoretical analysis well and could satisfy the demand of design and work when the frequency of input control signal was 1~5 Hz, and the system pressure was 12 MPa.
